Real Name: Anthony “Tony” Stark
Nickname/Mutant Name: Iron Man(Most Recognized), The Crimson Avenger(From the time spent w/ The Avengers), ShellHead (More of a joke, To Be Honest)
Age: Mid 20s, though it is not overly important
Gender: Male
Character's Occupation: (Psuedo)President & CEO of Stark Enterprises; "Pseudo" because he barely does any of the work...
Human or Mutant?: Human Utilizing An Advanced Suit
Affiliation: Former Avenger, SHIELD Operative
Powers/Abilities/Skills: In his human form, Anthony Stark is 6’1 and 225 pounds, approximately, making him quite an impressive specimen of his race; not to mention that he is a genius. However, with the donning of his fabled, marvelous Iron Man suit, his powers increase exponentially…
Superhuman Strength~ With his suit on, Iron Man can lift up to 100 tons of weight (max power, most optimal conditions).
Flight~ Again, with his suit, Iron Man can reach the speed of Mach 3 (Around 2250 mph)
Besides those two qualities, Iron Man has an array of fantastic, extraordinary weapons/gadgets at his command. If I were to list all of them, I’d get much too excited and this would reach an inordinate amount of length…so, to spare our lovely Admin’s mind from melting, I’ll refrain from that and merely list a few…
-Repulsor Rays: Particle beams used to strike objects
-Electromagnetic Pulse Generator: Basically electrocutes people
-Pulse Bolts: Energy bolts gaining strength the further they travel
-Explosive Missiles
-Sonic Generators/Blaster
-Laser Torch
-Shield-Generator
-3-d Projector
-Freeze Beam
-Magnetic Field Generator (I believe he used this in one ish to immobilize The Hulk for a short amount of time…it was funny, he spun him like a wheel)
History: Only son to genius Howard Anthony Stark and Maria Collins Carbonell Stark, Anthony “Tony” Stark was destined from a young age to receive his father’s colossal enterprise. At the age of 15, Tony demonstrated his propensity towards the understanding of mechanics and was accepted into the program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and left with two PhDs; one in physics and one in mechanical engineering.
In an effort to save space, the famed history of “Iron Man” is well known after his daring, inventive escape from the dreaded camp of the terrorist Wong-Chu and the sacrifice of his fellow prisoner, Professor Ho Yinsen.
Since that fateful day, Stark has maintained his secret identity; posing for the world as a wealthy, playboy while secretly playing the role of it’s Crimson Defender, Iron Man; playing the armored hero off as his personal bodyguard.
Of course, as with all inventions and all great men, Stark tirelessly is looking for improvements to be made to his armor and to those around him; constructing suits for fellow heroes and even tech and weapons, though he does so sparingly(If I might be allowed to make fictional weapons/armor/items on here, that’d be RIGHTEOUSLY cool).
Personality: “I…Am…Iron Man.” At least, that is what he says to himself in private. To the world, however, Tony Stark is a loose cannon, a mastermind born with the proverbial silver spoon. How he does it, playing the duel role of Iron Man and the “Tony Stark” the world loves and hates, even he is unsure of.
A little more than a tad bit arrogant, Tony still retains his love for engineering and machinery that flowered during his childhood. Though his suit is of armor, his heart is startlingly human and, to this day, he still relies on the arc reactor in his chest to keep the dreaded shards from ending his life. This thing that sits in his chest, he loves it so, he needs it so, but it is also a source of much pain and suffering for the Iron-wearing hero.
Having experienced both kinds of heart pains (physical and mental), Stark does have a humane, caring side…granted, it gets overshadowed a lot of the time, but it’s there. Trust me, it’s there.
Appearance: As stated before, Tony Stark is 6'1" and roughly 225 pounds. Of great physique and, more notably, of prodigious wealth, Tony dresses in fine suits and clothing for most all occasions. Everything is donned with the arc reactor on his mind, always thick or dark enough to hide the slight glow it emits. When not near his house or facilities, a metal case will be near his person at ALL times. Gee, I wonder what's in there...
Current Status: Alive and well, spends most of his waking hours developing/tinkering/creating weapons/devices/technology of all sorts. Is currently scheming up the plans for something big...
