Powers/Abilities/Skills:Regnet has Class Three telekinsis, able to lift things as heavy as 300 pounds. Anything else requires extreme concentration. His telekinsis gives him some control over molecules, but the most he can do is disentegrate small things. He also has the ability to influence others emotions, and channels this through his voice, as it's most effective that way. He doesn't have any kind of combat training and knows about as much about fighting as any teenager knows.
History:
Regnet was found on the road by a trucker, with no memory of who he was or where he was. He chose his new last name from a book, and his new name, Regnet, which is the German word for rain, because it was raining the day he found the Institute. His powers both manifested at the same time, and Reg joined the X-Men and did the required time as a New Recruit. He left them for a while, not officially, more of an abscence. He manipulated his way of letting a club's owner let him work there and is currently a club singer, doing nightly gigs.
Though he doesn't remember it, he is from a small town in Louisiana called Bon Temps.
Personality:
Regnet likes people, and tries to be around them. He is constantly trying to entertain people, but he can appear to be very stand-offish or even a smart ass to some. He has an attitude, but this is mostly a cover. He seems himself as a "flawed" person, usually trying to make up for those "flaws" by using his attitude or something else.
The flaws he sees in himself are partly his appearance, and he can think that most of the people at the Xavier Institute are better looking than him. Of course, there's also the mental flaws he thinks he has, like when he says things that hurt people, he puts on a cover to keep from showing that it hurts him to hurt others.
Regnet is, at his core, a rebellious, cynical teenager. But it's not totally doom and gloom with him, if you earn his trust or become his friend, he's feircely loyal and will use everything in his power to help his allies overcome something or protect them.
